Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Use customer service software like Zendesk and Freshdesk to manage and track customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Provide regular reports on customer service metrics and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
