In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
