HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) - EPC Construction Projects

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and supervision to ensure all team members understand and adhere to safety protocols.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring projects meet or exceed environmental standards.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Maintain and update HSE management systems, including safety data sheets (SDS) and environmental management plans.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including WHMIS and OSHA standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industry.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or NEBOSH.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel and work in remote and challenging locations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
