📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engagement.,Support the marketing manager in attending industry events and conferences.,Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or retail industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.,Knowledge of basic graphic design principles is a plus.
