📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with department heads to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using internal audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
