Root Link Pratama is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to schedule and route vehicles effectively.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Track vehicle performance and usage, and provide reports to management as required.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers, and provide ongoing support and guidance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
