Cafe Krisna Motor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational principles and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Develop and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assess and recommend new learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of educational theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
