CV Maritim Elang is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Manage inventory and restock products as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.,Assist with online orders and customer service via phone and email.,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
