📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production tasks.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance.,Provide training and support to junior staff to improve productivity and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production supervision or related roles.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English is a plus.
