📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management and stakeholders.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal financial health.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
