Sun Base Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily sales operations and ensure targets are met.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash drawer, and providing change.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record in sales performance and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
