📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and vendors,Ensure that all regulatory requirements and compliance standards are met,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the operations team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational efficiency,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong leadership and team management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
