Cafe Zahra Bakso is a beloved local establishment known for its delicious bakso and warm atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages served to customers.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
