📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment.,Analyze project data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on project progress and inventory status.,Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and inventory control matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and inventory control in the construction industry.,Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.,Experience in leading and managing teams is a plus.
