Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify potential candidates.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Foster a positive employer brand and promote the company as an attractive place to work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and social media recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
