📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the department, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.,Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Manage employee relations, including conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
