Duta Eko Medical Center is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our organization's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design courses to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
