Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensuring that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Training and developing staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the restaurant is compliant with local laws and regulations.,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the restaurant has access to the best quality ingredients and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
