📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to kitchen operations improvements.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality and service.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet high demand during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handling certificate.
