📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
