📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and attract potential foreign investors for various sectors in Bangka Belitung.,Provide strategic advice to potential investors on the investment climate, business opportunities, and regulatory environment in Bangka Belitung.,Manage the investment process from initial contact to closing, including due diligence, negotiation, and contract management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, government agencies, and local stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and other materials to potential investors.,Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreign investment advisory, business development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the investment climate, business opportunities, and regulatory environment in Indonesia, particularly in Bangka Belitung.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with investment sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, and infrastructure is a plus.,Knowledge of investment regulations, policies, and procedures in Indonesia is a plus.
