StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a 5-day work week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, budget control, and quantity surveying. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer AWS and bonus incentives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting cost analysis and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitoring and controlling project budgets to ensure they are within the approved limits.,Preparing and maintaining detailed quantity survey reports and records.,Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conducting site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of project costs and quantities.,Providing technical advice and support to project teams on cost-related matters.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Participating in project planning and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) or ACMV (Architectural and Civil Mechanical Ventilation) sectors.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costs.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with AWS and bonus incentive structures is a plus.
