Wipro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support our digital transformation initiatives and overall HR development. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the training programs are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that support digital transformation initiatives and overall HR development.,Deliver training sessions to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with business units to understand their training needs and align training programs with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training specialists and other team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of digital transformation trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
