Hokian Gita Cafe & Coffee is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user guides, manuals, and other reference materials,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and case studies,Work with designers and developers to ensure that documentation is user-friendly and visually appealing,Conduct research and gather information to support the creation of technical content,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
