As a Maintenance Technician, you'll handle a variety of tasks, from diagnosing and fixing electrical issues to maintaining our AC systems and ensuring our plumbing systems are in top condition. You'll work closely with our kitchen staff to keep our equipment running smoothly, and you'll be responsible for performing regular maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and AC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain and repair cooking equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or AC maintenance.
• Certifications in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools such as SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
