Binajasa Sumber Sarana, a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated Community Development Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our community members and agent networks, ensuring their active participation and engagement in our programs.

As a Community Development Specialist, you will work closely with our community managers and agents to develop and implement strategies that foster community growth and engagement. You will use tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and Slack to manage your tasks and collaborate with your team. Your daily tasks will include conducting community surveys, organizing events, and providing support to our agents to help them succeed in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster growth and participation.
• Conduct regular community surveys and feedback sessions to understand member needs and preferences.
• Organize and manage community events, both online and offline, to enhance member engagement.
• Provide ongoing support and training to our agent networks to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community activities and initiatives.
• Use Google Workspace, Trello, and Slack to manage tasks and communicate with the team.
• Monitor community metrics and report on progress to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with community members and agents to ensure their active participation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, community management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with community members and agents.
• Strong knowledge of community engagement strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Trello, and Slack.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
