📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and ensure that our events meet their expectations.
• Develop and maintain event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost control.
• Create and manage event timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Design and distribute event materials, such as invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
• Monitor and analyze event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in events marketing.
• Attend and participate in relevant industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in events marketing, event planning, or a related field.
• Proficient in using event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
