📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement route plans and schedules for autonomous vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle performance and conduct regular maintenance checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with autonomous vehicles.
• Work closely with engineers, pilots, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to pilots and operators of autonomous vehicles.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Autonomous Vehicle Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technologies and software, such as Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and Autonomous Vehicle Management Systems (AVMS).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating autonomous vehicles is a plus.
