You will use industry-leading tools such as SAP ERP, JDA, and other logistics management software to streamline our processes and improve our overall efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the dispatching team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and optimize the use of logistics management software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of dispatchers and provide training and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations, with a focus on dispatching and transportation management.
• Proven experience using logistics management software such as SAP ERP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the food manufacturing and logistics industry is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
